Akari opened in 2019 in a back street of Colonia Roma. There is no dining room: there is a wooden counter, a binchotan grill and a kitchen you can watch. You come in, you sit wherever there is room, and you eat while it is hot.
We do not take groups larger than six, and we do not rush the counter. If you are waiting, the sake list is on the wall.
We keep four seats for reservations each night. Tell us when you are coming and we answer by message the same day.
